Dear Bride,

Congratulations on your engagement! We are honored that you have chosen The Gallery Hair Salon to be a part of your special day! Our expert staff is here to take care of all of your hair, nail, and make-up needs. First, we require a few things in order to confirm your appointment date and time. Please complete and return a copy of the following forms so we can schedule all of the services needed for you and your wedding party. Please be aware that this is a contract that requires a $100.00 deposit to reserve all of your appointments. The deposit can be cash, check or credit card, but must be paid prior to your scheduled appointment date. The cost of all bridal party services can be quoted, however, prices are subject to change as your attendants may change their styling needs. The deposit balance will be refunded the week following all scheduled services. If these services are cancelled 14 days before your wedding date, we will refund the full deposit. Cancellations after this point will not be refunded. We ask that all changes be made 14 days in advance. The deposit will be first applied to any "no shows" or cancellations to any appointments without 14 days notice.

Because our prices are based on a level system, prices may vary depending on the level of stylist available to do your service. Any inquiries about pricing or times may be made when booking your appointments.

Prices do not include gratuity.

Deposit payment is due upon booking salon services for wedding day.
